TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE (The word unit in terms & conditions means any other inflatable other than a bouncy castle).
1. The hire time is as stated below.
2. The “HIRER” shall be responsible for all the EQUIPMENT whilst on hire.
3. The “HIRER” agrees to make good financially any damage done to EQUIPMENT by himself or herself or guest whilst on hire.
4. No one but JUMPING JACKS BOUNCY CASTLE / SLIDES staff can move EQUIPMENT.
5. We take no responsibility for personal damage or injury to yourselves or your guest what so ever when using the EQUIPMENT.
6. We take no responsibility for underground pipes or cables.
7. The “HIRER, or GUEST SHALL NOT :-
a. Wear footwear whilst using the inflatables. (all persons should wear socks)
b. Take food or drink on the inflatable or equipment.
c. Smoke on or around the inflatable or equipment.
d. Take objects on the inflatable or equipment.
e. Let pet on or around the inflatable or equipment.
f. Climb on walls or roof of the inflatable or equipment.
g. Use inflatables when wet.
h. Use inflatables in strong winds.
i. Damage the inflatable or equipment.
j. Use the inflatable or equipment for any purpose other than its intended use.
k. Over crowd the inflatable or equipment.
8. Jumping Jacks Bouncy Castle point out that any form of active play is not without risk of injury and ALL users and there parents (FOR CHILDREN) must accept this risk prior to using the inflatables. Jumping Jacks Bouncy Castle takes no responsibility for any injury or personal damage.
9. We recommend that only children of the same age group use the inflatable at the same time and that each person has enough room to play safely.
10. You should stop any rough or boisterous play immediately.
11. On no account should any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs etc be allowed either on the inflatables or allowed to supervise the inflatables.
12. No person should wear or take keys, badges, spectacles, necklaces, earrings, toys, etc on the inflatables.
13. Children should not be allowed to play at rear of inflatables or with blower unit and electric cables.
14. Somersaults are not allowed; the risk of injury to yourselves and others is far higher.
15. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the castle / units are in use.
- IF THE INTFLATABLE STARTS TO GO DOWN, GET ALL PERSONS OFF THE INFLATABLE IMMEDIATELY, THEN CHECK YOUR MAINS POWER HAS NOT BEEN SWITCHED OFF, THE BLOWER TUBE IS STILL SECURE, THE BLOWER VENTS ARE CLEAR.
IF FOR ANY RESON YOU THINK THAT THERE IS A FAULT PLEASES PHONE US IMMEDIATELY DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT AND DO NOT USE IT.
